Defra have now published new green claims guidance to help companies describe the environmental benefits of their products and services. This guidance is intended to help prevent misleading claims, as well as encouraging the development of greener products. For those printers giving environmental information about their services, or who have customers who wish to put environmental information on their printed materials, this will be useful reading.
