In the UK, they are very aware of its complexity, and the Environment Agency (the body for England and Wales), SEPA (the Scottish Environment Protection Agency) and the Environment and Heritage Service (for Northern Ireland) have each compiled information to help small businesses comply and to help them improve environmental performance.
